Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  Please email or call us to discuss any returns/exchanges.

If there's an item you are considering purchasing but are not sure if it will work for your application, please call or email us first and we can discuss options and can possibly waive the restocking fee below in the event it needs to be returned to us.  This authorization must happen BEFORE purchase - just call or email us to discuss prior to purchase.

If we send you the incorrect item or defective merchandise, you can return it for a full refund including reimbursement for shipping back to us.

All other returns are subject to these terms:

1. Must be made within 30 days of purchase
2. Must be returned in original / new condition
3. Shipping charges will not be refunded/credited
4. Are subject to a 10% restocking fee *OR* credit (minus shipping) towards future purchase -- your choice.
