Electronic Fingerprint File in *.eft Format for BATFE E-File Forms 4 and 1 Submission

With the new ATF "E Form" site launched on 12/23/2021, the ATF now allows *electronic* fingerprints to be submitted as part of the E-Form 4 (and as of 11/7/2022, E-Form 1 for SBRs, silencers, etc). This means much faster form 4 and 1 processing times -- months faster than the paper forms, in most cases.
With the new ATF E-Form site, nothing is required be mailed to the ATF. Everything can be submitted electronically -- if you have the fingerprint file (and of course a *.jpg "passport" photo of yourself, etc.).
We have purchased a fingerprint scanner whereby our local customers can come and have their fingerprints taken and we will give you (e-mail you) the ATF approved *.eft file that is your fingerprints. These prints do not expire. This is a one-time purchase for all your future ATF fingerprint needs. The file will be yours to do with as you wish. For example you could e-mail the file to any dealer of your choosing so that they can submit your fingerprints as part of an e-form 4. And, of course, e-form 1 submission on your own (without any NFA dealer involved).
